We had a great stay, our host was very friendly and went through everything thoroughly, surrounding areas offer great food and beach's. We would definitely stay again.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit toller Ausstattung, viel Privatsphäre und schönem Pool-Bereich. Wir haben vor allem die ruhige Lage sehr geschätzt. Die Villa war sehr sauber. Küche & Wohnzimmer sind gross und bieten viel Platz. Zimmer sind geräumig & die Betten bequem. Tolles Design & schöne Einrichtung.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Massimo only speaks Italian but it was no problem with the g oogle speech translator. He was very helpful and had his daughter with him, who also translated. The house sits on top of a hill next to a small village. You certainly need a car. The next supermarket is around 9 minutes away. The house has everything you need in utensils. Remember to bring kitchen towels and your own seasonings, coffee etc. There were enough glasses, plates, knives. The garden is very big and the pool super deep. We loved it! Our electricity total was 133€. We did not “save” energy. We used the dishwasher, all fridges etc. You dont have to worry about that. We did not use any gas heating though. We stayed at the end of September and got “lucky” with the weather. It was sunny and hot. Big tourist attractions are around an hour and half away. Cinque Terre, Florenz etc. We would stay again. :)

Fantastic villa, so clean with all the facilities you need. The villa is huge, the pool area is amazing. We loved our stay here. You certainly need a car staying at the villa, as its nit walking distant to anywhere.
