Well appointed space. Nadine was gracious and communicative. Only downside was a little street traffic during early morning hours but not bad at all!

Great location. Beautiful gardens and places to sit outside on the property. Perfect walk into town to restaurants on the river. Or if you’d rather hop on a bus the #10 is right there. Ashland is filled with charming streets and houses, and everyone has a garden! And spring is here!!! The dogwood trees are in bloom! Can’t believe how wonderful they smell! Thank you Nadine! I slept so well!

Nadine was so wonderful and helpful. Very responsive when I needed anything. Her place is a great location walking to downtown and the room felt like a retreat studio. Had everything I needed. Very peaceful.

Nadine’s place was great, I would definitely stay again next year when I visit family in Ashland. It is easy to get to, conveniently located, with an off-street parking spot for the car. The room was clean and quiet, with great amenities, and the bed was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Nadine was a great host, helpful and available when needed, and a couple of times after I arrived ed she sent me texts with recommendations for local coffee shops, dining and shopping. I would highly recommend staying at Nadine’s to anyone looking for a comfy home base while exploring Ashland.
