Beautiful tranquil place to stop in Cape Town

This was my second stay in a short time with Nick and Rose. Both times I have had the most amazing break. The cottage is so comfortable and peaceful and the location is paradise. The wifi speed is also excellent. Not that you'd want to work from the cottage, but if you had to.

The cottage was an amazing place to spend a few days of our 2 week honeymoon in South Africa! The setting is just surreal with rolling hills full of grape vines and mountains in the background. We loved having our morning coffee outside and just starring out at it all. The golden labs were so cute and loved to stop by and visit with us while giving them tons of rubs. The inside of the cottage was just perfect with a very comfy bed, fantastic shower with great pressure and a fully stocked kitchen. We did get Stage 6 load shedding while we were there but the WiFi remained working and they had a backup gas burner to be able to still cook or heat up water for coffee. The windows and doors fully open up to let in tons of fresh air which we loved. Highly recommend the cottage to those looking to enjoy beautiful, picturesque scenery while enjoying a bit of luxury!

I really enjoyed staying at Constantia Mist Cottage. My stay was short - only two nights, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The cottage is extremely private and peaceful. The cottage is even better than the pictures. It is very comfortable, clean with great views and has everything one might need for a home away from home. I had left things a little late in terms of renting my car and as a result, I think I got the smallest car in Cape Town. I needed to drop my bag off early as it didn't fit in the boot. Rose and Nick accommodated me and were super helpful. Upon leaving, I ran a race in the morning and it was very tight to get back to have a quick shower and collect my bags again. Again, Nick and Rose were really kind and accommodated my requests. I'd love to stay at the cottage again really soon, hopefully for a little longer.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Cottage verbracht. Eine absolute Traumlage. Constantia Mist wird durch Security bewacht, man fühlt sich dadurch jederzeit sicher. An einem Morgen hat uns eine Affenherde „ besucht“, wir waren sehr geschockt weil sie sehr wild waren, aber auch hier kamen gleich Guards und hat sie vertrieben. Rose und Nick haben wir zwar nicht kennengelernt, aber ihre drei wunderschönen golden Retriever haben uns regelmäßig einen Besuch abgestattet. Eine wundervolle Woche, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Und nochmal einen ganz lieben Dank an Sarah!
