I really enjoyed my stay at the white house on Samal Island. The place was easy to find and the staff working there gave me a heart-warming welcome. They were also pretty helpful when I asked if they can organise a vehicle for my personal use! The place itself looks exactly like on the pictures. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was fully satisfied with the service provided. Thank you very much, I had a wonderful time!

Hi there. We know you're not physically present to manage your business, based on our private messages, but we hope you do something about your communication and proper coordination with your staff. 😭It was horrible enough that the rooms weren't prepared for us when we got there. The wife of your caretaker, we assume, kept insisting they were told our arrival was still on April 1st instead of March 30th . We had to show her the receipt date from airbnb to prove we actually paid for these dates. Dusts, unreplenished supplies, undusted beddings and worse, the two air-conditioning units werent working.😭 My husband had to help resolve the problem. The entire family, including two babies and two seniors had to wait 2.5 hours just to get it running. We already got there at 4pm - that's hours later than the check in time. Even If they were told on that same day, it could've been enough time for them to prepare our rooms. But no. Some big miscommunication happened along the way. Maybe invest in a good wifi for your staff so your communication can be better coordinated with them. The place, however, was huge. It was the best place for a bigger family gathering. Outdoor kitchen was very helpful. Everything listed in their 'listing' was there, albeit rather delayed. The hosts were very apologetic of the unfortunate situation. We will still give it a shot and try their services once again if given a chance to visit Samal once more. Take care

Lieber Rudi, Liebe Anabell. Ich habe den Aufenthalt in eurer Unterkunft sehr genossen. Nachdem ich schon in mehreren Unterkünften auf den Philippinen war, muss ich sagen dass ich noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer und so bequeme Betten vorgefunden habe. Die beiden Gastgeber kümmern sich wunderbar um Ihre Gäste und geben super Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich groß für dortige Verhältnisse. Die Verbindung zur Millionenstadt Davao klappt problemlos mit den beiden Fähren. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder gerne bei euch zu Gast sein. Grüße

The place is equipped with everything we need - a nice kitchen, etc. plus, a perfect balcony! It has a good bed and nice bathroom. The caretaker is hospitable and there when we need him. My family is so happy and we really enjoyed our stay! I would 100% recommend a stay here! :))

Very large room and bathroom. Not much besides convenience store nearby. Water heater is mounted very high on the wall, could be an issue for shorter people. Great overall experience.
