The position was outstanding but the amenities were very bare. Not having hot running water proved to be a challenge at times plus the cabin was very lackluster and hard to clean pluss it's a long walk to the wool shed to get anything from fridge or freezer. Overpriced in our opinion. Still loved where it was but a good tent would done much the same job. Never met Kim but Loyd was helpful. Could write much more good & bad points about it but to some it would be great others may find it less than ideal. We did however enjoy our stay and appreciate being able to stay in such a secluded private bay. Thankyou Kim &Boyde.

Charmingly ramshackle - not luxury accommodation. Fridge a short walk up road. No WiFi. Beach not really swimmable but Castlepoint great (only 10min drive). A special place though - wish we had longer

A real eco retreat, great spot to get away from it all. Stunning views and hearing the waves from the house and direct access to the beach was amazing. Take a couple chilli-bins w/ ice to keep things cold at the batch, as fridge 1 min drive up road. Thanks for sharing your lovely spot, was a fab break!
