This is a private guest house located in calangute and is aprox. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is fully furnished with Airconditioning , washing machine , water heater , smart TV, cooking facilities. It is located on the 1st floor and has greenery view all around. It is located 5 mins walk to the shops and the bar and restaurants. The unit has 1 bedroom , a living room with attached balcony, a kitchenette and a toilet bathroom. This apartment has got a fully operated kitchen where the guest can cook their favourite dishes.

We are a married couple having 2 kids living in Calangute. I have a Real Estate Agency where selling apartments and villas in North Goa is my main business. I have been in this business since 2006 and have studied the whole of North Goa Market and captured it. My wife is into music, she teaches Key board in Schools. My 6 year daughter is a drummer girl , all credits goes to my wife for her efforts to make her successful drummer. I have been doing lots of long term renting which was pushing me to do daily basis renting as i am located in Calangute area where Tourism is more in Demand. I have been successfully doing the daily basis renting which gives me more opportunities to interact with clients and spread my Real Estate Agency business.
