Was the perfect place to relax after our long festival days, a beautiful and quaint studio with lots of natural light. Clean and cozy stay. 10/10 will stay again!

My partner and I stayed here for a few days because of our house renovation. We enjoyed the studio a lot and the location worked out well for us. For the most part everything was very comfortable and homey. Our only cons - the bathroom had some mold in the bathroom and shower that was likely just overlooked and the couch probably needs to be replaced or the cushions at least refilled. These are relatively small things though and everything else was great!

Great above garage efficiency apartment. Close to Davidson amenities and major roads/interstate. Apartment is always clean and cost. Would (and have) stay again.

The space was quite perfect for my needs. I had a lovely stay. I booked again for later in the month when I’m back for work.

Great place to stay! Very quiet and private, even though you're close to the other houses. Just a head's up - the house uses a lockpad on the door, not the lockbox next to it.
