I stayed here to work remotely for a month and had no issues. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Internet was stable and fast for meetings. I had no disruptions. The only real problem I had was the lack of any decent eating and cooking utensils. The pans are old and scratched and the dishes are sporadic and cheap plastic. There is a toaster, but no bread knife. the knives that were there are too dull to cut anything at all. considering how close to Ikea this is, it was a letdown. if you don't plan to cook much, you probably won't notice. Overall it was a good stay for the month.

The place was so great!! Spacious enough for just my wife and I. Bathroom nice and large (nice hot water!) and the kitchen was a good size with a good amount of counter space for "studio- like" bungalow, plus full-size appliances (no dishwasher though if needed). The bed was super comfortable (and king)! All was clean and wall AC worked great, even better all around when you open the middle curtains. Very nice blackout curtains for bed area. Convenient, middle loc. to lots of diff areas (airport, downtown, zoo, driving over to St Pete). We usually took Uber/Lyft everywhere, not bad prices considering going all over. Could always drop our "pin" out front of bungalow for pick up even though address front-side. Drop off easy to just tell driver "go around back alley". Lastly, nice and close to Publix and all the SoHo/Hyde Park area! We will def stay here again when we come back to Tampa!!

Wonderful, safe location in beautiful S. Tampa! We loved our stay and couldn’t be any happier with our host, Lety. The space was cozy and had everything we needed for a nice break away from home. Close enough to many great restaurants, downtown, and easy access to the highway to get to St. Pete. After a day of exploring the area, it was nice to come back ‘home’ to a comfortable living space to cook, watch many, many available streaming services, or just sit out on the screened in porch. Lastly, a private parking space really made parking a daily stress-free event. Looking forward to another opportunity to visit in the future!
