The guest house is quietly off the road to Playa Madera on a hillside overlooking the trees to SJDS. It is intended for two persons who can bring one or two additional children or adult persons. The proximity to the three beaches Marsella, Maderas, Majagual offers leisure and recreation for all tastes. Surfing, golfing, riding, swimming or just enjoying the peace and quiet. From your house you won't see the street to the beaches. There is no traffic around you. You may see the garden, the trees and from time to time the monkeys. Enjoy the wind, the sun and relax in the hammock or the rocking chair. The handmade wooden furniture from local workshops are made of heavy tropical wood. The bedroom has king size 2 x 2 meters. The sofa bed in the living room is possible to separate into two extra beds. We provide houses with high quality standard. The windows protect you from insects. The fan gives you fresh air even inside the room. Working at a small table with the laptop is possible. By need of more comfort please ask us. In the event of a power failure, a solar system provides noiseless energy supply.

Tony & Anika are amazing hosts! The house is brand new, clean, spacious, private and has amazing amenities. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. We loved the big front porch and the parking on the property. Tony and Anika were very hospitable and we plan on staying here again when we return to Playa Maderas in a few months!

CasAnika is an excellent option for couples or friends who want a quiet place surrounded by nature, close to several great beaches and other amenities yet far enough from the bustle of San Juan del Sur. The two houses are very new, beautifully designed and constructed, very clean, and well equipped. The pool is nice for kids or a dip after the ocean, though too small to actually swim. 2 very helpful hosts + 3 sweet dogs + 1 fluffy cat complete the package - highly recommended!

We loved our stay at CasAnika. The house was immaculate and brand new. Anika and Tony were always available to give us a ride to surrounding beaches and restaurants. Although it was only a short 15 minute walk to either playa Marsella or Maderas. Our 2 year old daughter loved the pool. It was always kept very clean, and was the perfect chill out spot for an afternoon drink after a day at the beach.

出行信息

There is a fruit and veg truck that passes the house twice a week, they also sell eggs and chicken. Otherwise we are happy to give you a ride to the grocery store twice a week when we do our own shopping.
A shuttle bus runs five times a day between San Juan del Sur and Playa Madera.
On request, we also offer travel services depending on availability.
There is a bus service to SJDS and Rivas every three kilometers.
