We had a wonderful stay at Carrol’s Nantucket Sound home. The location is private and peaceful and the home is cozy, clean and comfortable and has every amenity you’ll need and more. One of my favorite treats was the screened in porch where I sat reading, drinking tea and listening to the birds. The location could not be better, from a lovely little beach at the end of the street to several nice restaurants close by. Carrol greeted us upon arrival and gave us a helpful tour. We had our privacy but found Carrol and Mike to be friendly and responsive if we had a question. My daughter and I agree that this is our favorite Cape Cod Airbnb experience thus far. We can’t wait to plan a return trip.

We had a magical week at this charming rental which quickly felt like home. Carrol and Mike greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. They were friendly and available but gave us a lot of privacy. The property was laden with bushes and trees, the gravel driveway smelled like salt air and flowers and the screened-in porch was wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the amenities needed to make our stay effortless. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and forgot all about regular life!

Great location, easy 10-15 min walk to 2 beaches. House was spotless & photos accurate. Friendly host/ess family welcoming yet mostly invisible.

Carrol was a very available and pleasant host. She was very welcoming but also gave us all the privacy we could want. She offered things (beach chairs, and a wagon for the beach) to help us be more comfortable with our stay.

Such a beautiful property that is a short drive or a nice walk to 2 different beaches. the house is also within walking distance to several great restaurants as well. Carol and her husband are amazing hosts and so friendly and there if you need any advice or help with anything. Such a great spot nestled between downtown chatham and Harwich. highly recommend!
