Spent an extended weekend with 10+ friends and had an absolutely amazing stay at Jose’s Airbnb. The layout and size of the space was amazing and the outdoor pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck were fantastic for hanging out, chilling in the pool, and bbq'ing. Plenty of bedrooms/beds for everyone. Very picturesque, safe, private setting in a gated community, with easy check-in and accurate photos - this is a beautiful location. The location made it very easy to visit town - only ~20 minute walk to the downtown area full of bars and restaurants and close to the beach. Jose was incredibly helpful throughout the process and very responsive to any questions and provided great local recommendations during our stay. Jose organized a chef for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the house, as well as helped to stock the house with groceries and beverages prior to us arriving. Can't wait to come back to Playa Del Carmen and stay here again :)

The stay was amazing! Jose was super responsive and ready to help as needed. The villa was HUGE and comfortably hosted 12 of us. The area is beautiful and super close to other resorts and the downtown.

This was a fantastic experience and stay. We had a group of 11 for a bachelor party. The house was a huge hit, very modern, beautiful, spacious, enough rooms and bathrooms for all of us. The pool was a lot of fun to use, we had brought an inflatable table for the pool but forgot a pump, Jose took it to his house and got it pumped up for us. Balcony was great as well. Communication: I communicated with Jose a lot in the weeks leading up to the trip for recommendations and coordination. He was always quickly responsive, polite, helpful. He provided local recommendations and was available to help with bookings as needed. Throughout our stay, he was very communicative and responsive. Services: It was very helpful to have Jose perform our transfers, including airport transfers at early times as well as intercity transfers (since their is no uber). The chef service was amazing, our group loved the chef dinner. Overall: Very comfortable/luxurious stay, great host and services

Very communicative in the weeks before we got there. The house was gorgeous and exactly what our group needed. 5 minute walk to the beach, and from the pool in the backyard you can see Mayan ruins. Beautiful experience.
