Casa del Mar is ideally located on a very quiet area of Playacar Phase 1, a gated community with its own security on the south end of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport. It is close enough for an easy walk to downtown Playa del Carmen but far enough away to not see or hear the town. With just a short walk to the ferry to Cozumel Island, shopping and an endless array of restaurants, bars and the hip Fifth Avenue shops. The Villa The open design concept of the living and dining area allows one to fully enjoy the astonishing views of the pristine beach and crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean while dining or entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, for preparation and serving, and is fully equipped and stocked with all of the amenities needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home or a cocktail like a mixologist. Casa del Mar is beautifully decorated, each room is individually air conditioned and equipped with TVs, WIFI and its own full bathroom and closet. The main room has a king size bed, second room has 4 twin beds with third and fourth rooms each with its own queen size bed. The open design concept of the living and dining area allows one to fully enjoy the astonishing views of the pristine beach and crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean while dining or entertaining. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, for preparation and serving, and is fully equipped and stocked with all of the amenities needed to prepare a gourmet meal at home or a cocktail like a mixologist. The main room has a king size bed, the secondary room comes with a queen size bed and the third room has two twin beds. There is also two extra small beds allocated in rooms 1 and 2.

So MUCH great stuff to stay. Fernando saved our trip. We were scammed at another vacation rental ran by a local company nearby this home and once we realized this we quickly searched AirBnB for a safe and comfortable place to stay. I messaged Fernando and he was able to accommodate us immediately. We were SO thankful for him. This home is PERFECT for your stay in Playa Del Carmen. It’s located in a safe gated community. DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! The wonderful pool was perfect size and depth for my young children. Fernando is the perfect host. He made sure we had everything we needed plus more. Gave great restaurant suggestions and more. We were looking for Tres Leches cake and next thing you know we had one in less than an hour. The cleaning staff was an unexpected plus and they were SO nice and helpful. We felt like family while there. Look no further, if this home is available book it now. It’s worth every penny!
Great place to stay. Fernando was very responsible and alway happy to help with everything. The lady that would come clean was also amazing and a great cook. Couldn’t ask for a better host and crew
Tuvimos una vacación familiar de 5 dias. El host es amigable y siempre disponible. La casa muy bien situada, en complejo privado y frente al mar. Estaba en excelente estado y Lucia la colaboradora fue una inesperada y gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos, recomendada al 100%
The stay was absolutely fabulous, and our group of eight had an amazing time. Can’t beat the location which is walkable to town and the ferry to Cozumel. It also seems to be on the best section of the beach where the water is clear with minimal seaweed. It’s in a gated community, so it feels safe and well cared for. Epic views of the ocean from the pool. As we walked around, we saw that there were not many other villas that offered the same pool to ocean experience. We had two 40th b-days while here and hiring a private chef recommended by Fernando which was fantastic!! The best room (and the only one with ocean views) in the house is definitely the master, but the common areas both inside and out accommodated everyone really well and guests spends most of their time outside their rooms. Overall an A+ property and experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
Fernando’s place was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s located right on the beach in a safe neighborhood with security and everything. You don’t even need to leave the house to have the perfect vacation. Restaurants and shopping are close by (walking distance) The host was very kind and always responded right away. Luisa was there every day cleaning and taking care of us! I would stay here again for sure! Can’t beat it

Playacar Phase I is a private development located South of Playa del Carmen on over 25 hectares divided in 320 lots. Today there are two shopping centers: "Plaza Marinca" and "Paseo del Carmen" the Playacar Palace Hotel, four condominiums, the condohotel Fishermen´s Village, four archaeological sites and 139 single family residences next to the sea with a shore of a little more than 1,400 linear meters.

It aslo helps to maintain and enforce building regulations to retain the image of Mexican colonial, Californiano-Mexican, Mediterranean, Mexican-contemporary of the same and thus keep the harmony among its habitants.
