This is a truly wonderful place to stay. A beautiful setting. The apartment is exactly as described with all you could wish for. The grounds and pool are clean and well kept. Mary was fabulous - kind and gave us lots of excellent local recommendations. Mary is also very helpful about transfers locally and I would recommend reaching out to her if you need help. Fabio at That’s Amore tours was also amazing. Our daughter needed a transfer to the airport in the middle of the night and he sorted this for us. He has a range of excellent tours from Vico Equense at incredibly reasonable prices - we went to Capri and it was a brilliant tour. He has lots of other options too. The local transport links also make visiting Pompeii and Sorrento extremely easy.

Maria Cristina is a wonderful host, she did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. When we had a problem, she helped us like a friend. The apartment situated in the old part of the town in an castle. It has a big terrace with a stunning view of the sea. It’s strategically located to explore the surrounding ( Amalfi, Pompei, Sorrento, Capri,Napels) - and there is a train connection. You can make hikes in the hills and there are countless restaurants and delis. We highly recommend it!

We loved staying in the castle. Great location. Maria Cristina was very nice and so helpful. She is a lovely person. Just a heads up there are wedding and events at the castle. We stayed 4 nights and every night was an event. During this time you cannot use the pool or outside common areas. And the music from the weddings and party were very loud. We didn’t mind the music or the fireworks over the castle though. We would love to stay here again

I don't even know where to begin with how thrilled my sister and I were to be able to stay in this beautiful place! The kitchen was perfectly sized for our visit with everything we needed and more. The living room was gorgeous with stunning views from the couch. When you were ready for the magic of Vico Equense, just take a few steps out the door to the patio and you could see for miles. The bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable and charming. The property was quiet and expansive. The gates around the castle made you feel so safe and added to the incredible charm. If you ever wished to lay by a pool and have a full view of an enchanting Italian town, you will find it here. If that weren’t enough, Maria was the greatest host we’ve ever had! She made this trip and was the difference in our Italian experience. If you ever wanted to experience Italy in a beautiful home, stunning views and experience it with a host who welcomes you like a guest in her home, this is the place to choose!
