We enjoyed our stay, unit was just as shown in the photos. Neighborhood was generally quiet. Proximity to St. Charles Ave. and trolley was great, download the Le Pass app to see when the next trolley is going to arrive and you can time your walk.

Location was close to Tulane and French Quarter. Did not take long to get to most places.

We trusted the other reviewers, and they were right-- this is a really great unit to rent. The building is beautiful, and the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have easily cooked there but instead we enjoyed local restaurants. There are a few good restaurants nearby (TIto's Ceviche and Pisco was delicious!), and it's really easy to get the streetcar in either direction to get to more neighborhoods. There were plenty of towels, and very nice to have soaps and shampoos to use. Erich was really helpful in giving us tips and answering questions over messaging. It's true that the walls are thin and since this is a bottom unit, we did have the noise above us of a wedding party getting ready and coming/going with heels on, but I'm a sensitive sleeper and I had brought earplugs and didn't even use them. The area can look a little industrial at first but we felt safe, at night too. I would definitely stay here again-- thanks Erich!

When traveling I typically have trouble sleeping in new surroundings. But, what a wonderful space! I felt so comfortable, had no issues resting at all. Erich was extremely hospitable and flexible to our needs. I highly recommend using this Airbnb when in New Orleans!

The house is beautiful and, clearly, recently renovated. Its location is great! Walking distance to the St. Charles streetcar. It is on the outskirts of the Garden District and the block/neighborhood are on the transitional side but we had nothing but a lovely stay.
