Place was walkable to all the main attractions. Also had a lot of amenities that hotels don’t offer such as washer/dryer and kitchen. Host also left some fruit for us. Very quiet and great view. Only issues were that it wasn’t ready when we arrived a little after 4pm. The tub is quite high so be careful stepping in and out. And lastly, I would have preferred a tv. The projector was impossible to see in the daytime and the sound went out the night before we left. If you need or want privacy then this may not be for you. It is an open floor plan. I would stay here again just not with my mom and nephew.

Great place to stay

The location was great — very convenient to many Memphis attractions. The place could use a good cleaning and some general maintenance, however. There were some light bulbs out and the handle in the shower was broken. There were a few other things in disrepair also. The door at the entrance to the building was also never locked as it should have been.

Where do I start? What a fun location, quirky building with tons of character. easily walkable to everywhere, the ballpark is right next door. Andrew was a great host and we'd stay here again next time we pass through.

Andrew and Alexus made sure we were well cared for during our stay in Memphis. Their communication is top notch and their kindness is genuine. We traveled to Memphis for a special trip to celebrate our 13-year-old’s birthday and this Airbnb was a great space for the 3 of us to use as home base. Walking distance to major attractions and great restaurants. We loved that there was a chess-themed cafe just down the street—fun spot to grab a drink & bite to eat.
