Lovely place to stay with homely feeling. You have while place to live in without any disturbance. Mita is proactive in assisting any issues and very friendly. Only thing is it far from crouded place so if you are looking for a stay closer to nature and great ambiance with amazing well kept house go for it.

It's a beautiful Portuguese style villa. A quaint place for a get away. Overall the place was neat and tidy. Rooms were spacious. The house manager Shilpa was very friendly and promptly responded to our requests. One thing that would make the experience even better would be to have better quality of all the accessories in the kitchen and rooms as the cup lips had chips, knives were blunt, chopping board was old and dirty But overall it's a good place especially for large group

Mita's villa is a serene location towards the end of the road, leaving alot privacy for her guests. The help Shilpa is a gem, on the property during the day and is very helpful with your requests. Thankful to Mira and her lovely location. We had a good time at her Villa. Few cons: 1. We had a 7 party arragement with elderly, had arrived with a bus that didnt fit the roads to the villa, meaning we had to manually carry our suitcases up the incline hill road, no fun task! Took alot of willpower. Convenient for smaller cars. Hoping this info help another guest, to avoid any inconvenience. 2. The last bedroom/toilets unfortunately have a terrible sewage smell, we asked the help to clean the toilet but the smell seemed to be coming from the drainage. Could be easily fixed if worked on.

We stayed at the Bougainville for 3 nights. Three huge rooms with ample space. The downside was that we were only 3 people and a pet, in a house which could accommodate 6-8 people easily, with 3 huge bedrooms and a never ending living room. The garden and the seating area outside is very nice. The help comes in the morning each day and cleans the bedroom and kitchen space. The kitchen is self sufficient as far as utensils and amenities are concerned. If you need a secluded , private, awesome place to stay, this is the one. The best compliment for the stay, was that our pet Shiro, refused to get in the car when we were leaving the place.

An awesome stay!! We were 3 couples and 2 kids. Felt so comfortable and homely. The Villa is very well maintained and gives a peaceful vibe. No clutter in surroundings and no city chaos, only nature and peace. Helpful caretakers and host. Had a really nice stay. Thank You Airbnb and Mita.
