Nous sommes une famille française avec deux filles de 8 et 10 ans. Nous avons séjourné avec les grands parents. Nous avons visité avec une voiture de location le Château de Leeds, la ville de Canterbury et sa cathédrale, le village côtier de Whitstable et avons fait de belles balades à pied dans la campagne de Bridge juste à côté du gîte. Nous avons été tous les 6 enchantés par la maison, très bien aménagée. L'immense jardin était très agréable et la pièce annexe à l'extérieure avec une table de baby-foot nous a tous ravis. Les filles ont aussi adorée la balançoire au fond du jardin et la grande maison de poupées. Nous avions oublié d'acheter des adaptateurs de prises électriques et James nous a très rapidement dépannés. Encore merci à lui. Le salon était très confortable et les chambres bien orientés vers les jardin. Le séjour a été parfait et le cadre de ce gite y a beaucoup contribué. Merci encore à James pour sa disponibilité et réactivité. Nous recommandons vivement ce gite.

Thank you James, we really don’t know what we would have done without you! Thank you whole heartedly. James put us and 5 pets up whilst we were decanted form our new property for defect works to be carried out. It enabled us to not have to use kennels/catteries. James didn’t know us or have to trust I was as organised and structured with my pets or as clean and tidy as I said I was but he put faith in us and we are grateful.

A superb property with a garden outstanding for the enjoyment of children and dogs. Very peaceful place in which to rest after a long day. Floor-plan ideal for a family holiday, with open plan living room and kitchen, and nicely private bedroom space upstairs, a happy distance from children's bedroom downstairs! We very much want to return next year.

5 adults visiting from Canada. Had an absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is beautiful and was fully equipped with everything you could need. The gardens were lovely and the football table in the extra building was great. James was super responsive, he greeted us on arrival and made sure we knew how everything worked. Especially loved the large table which could fit everyone around for meals. Close to some wonderful dining options in Bridge and a quick drive into Canterbury make this a great location.

Very spacious and comfortable house with a huge garden (and a great garden house), fireplace and three bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a great wooden table. The area is absolutely quiet, but close to everything you need. We spent a great time as a family of five in this house. It is a good starting point to explore the area, even a visit to London is possible. Also, James was an extremely helpful and generous host.
