Very beautiful location - the house itself needs a lot of updates. The stains on carpet and bedding made the experience not the most comfortable, but overall if you’re looking for a cool spot to stay on the coast it’s a lovely location!

The views were wonderful! I didn't mind not having a dishwasher with the view in front of the kitchen sink. Beds were comfortable! They had nice thick pads on them. None of the bedrooms connected to any of the rooms...not a big deal but worth noting. No steak knives ..good thing we had chicken and could use the butter knives. Haha! Beach access was easy to find just a short walk south by the vacant lot. The beach had pretty cool rock formations at lower tide. Seal rock is very close and we spent the morning there at low tide to check out the tide pools. We also drove down to Yachats to see the blowholes and get ice cream at toppers. It was a wonderful stay and we'd do it again.

Great house, view and people were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. Great price too. I recommend this highly!

We had a lovely time at Meredith’s house! You could spend all day in the living room, dining room area just staring out at the view. It was spectacular. Easy access to the beach, and we had long walks with beautiful scenery. The home was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. We will definitely come back.
