About this space Private, executive basement suite in historic Tenleytown! The perfect escape. Two block walk to the metro train and bus, Wholefoods, scooter/bike share, and restaurants. 15-min drive to Cherry blossoms, National Mall, Georgetown, and Great Falls. Very safe, quiet neighborhood to recharge & relax. Spacious & fully renovated, with modern features, queen bed, ample outdoor space. No parties or events. Only relaxing. Family lives above, so please expect infrequent, normal noises. 7.5' ceilings ~650 sq-ft 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, bidet these three rooms are open concept - dining room - livingroom - kitchen office space laundromat for guest staying 3 days or more Accessibility Information: There are five steps leading down into the basement. Then there is a platform that's about 4 ft long. Then there is one step up. There is also a lit, pea gravel walkway with embedded slate tiles. There are no significant accessibility features inside, yet.

The unit was comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for! Despite being in a quiet area, it was close to the metro making it easy to get around the city. David and Nadiya made sure we had all we needed throughout the trip!
This is one of the rare times you feel bad rating a place with only 5 stars. David and Nadiya's place is a gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy and attention to detail they put into providing the best lodging experience possible. Nadiya is a very kind and friendly host, the place is perfectly located for visiting DC, at walking distance from the metro station and still in a very quiet, residential and green neighborhood. I can only recommend!

David and Nadiya’s place is immaculately clean and neat and comfortable. They have thought of every possible detail to make your stay comfortable and relaxing- think 5 star hotel. Nadiya is a super Superhost!
The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Nadiya went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home - from providing recommendations on things to do to always being extremely responsive. The place is very close to the metro and has great eateries nearby. Would recommend anyone looking to enjoy a nice stay in Washington D.C.
