We had a great stay here. The host was great and the accommodation was perfect for our family of 4, it was a lovely space to be in, we really enjoyed it.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic apartment. It was super clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool but it’s great to have use of. Its heated and many were using it. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to sit on with an awning that comes out if you need some shade or shelter from a shower. We also loved that it was a 10-15 minute to walk to town, depending on where you wanted to go. Lots of restaurants, cafe’s and shops to enjoy and then back to the apartment where it is nice and quiet. We didn’t have any issues but Dulce was always prompt at replying to any message. So thank you Dulce for a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back to Tavira and would stay here again.
Great apartment with a super set up. the pictures don't do the rooftop terrace justice. The only negatives are there is no shop in the immediate complex and the wifi isn't great so had to hotspot for the laptop. That is a very small complaint as bother the apartment & Dulce were great!
Apartamento muito bem equipado e ideal para casal com filhos. Melhor ao vivo do que nas fotografias. A piscina e todo o espaço envolvente também é bastante agradável .

Terracos de Tavira is a private and modern apartment complex located in Tavira. Its a peaceful and pleasant place for holidays where guests can relax at the outdoor swimming pool and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Situated close to the historic town center of Tavira, just 10/15 minutes walking distance you will find all the amenities such as cafes, restaurants, market, supermarkets, shops, pubs, pharmacy, etc. The beach can be reached from the town by regular ferry crossings to the Tavira Island which has 4km of beautiful stretch, white sand, beach restaurants, bars and sport activities.
Car is recommended but not essential.
Tavira is one of the most elegant and beautiful towns on the Algarve abounding in Roman and Moorish history and retaining a rare unspoiled charm. Its narrow cobbled streets, ancient castle, old churches, traditional tiled houses and Roman bridge spanning the broad River Gilao running through the town make Tavira to be unique. There´s a huge indoor market with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and meat. There are many riverside restaurants on both sides of the Gilao River, connected by the Roman bridge. There are cafes and restaurants and shops. For those who enjoy a night on the town, Monte Gordo and Aymonte (Spain - 20 mins away) offer lots of bars, restaurants as well as a casino complete with nightly shows.
