AVOID!! UNCLEAN, MOULD & RUDE. The house was filthy, toilet dirty, bedding damp and stained , torn and worn, carpets covered in dirt and debris, sofa in lounge covered in dust, mould on the lounge wall, broken fire covered in cobwebs, rusty cutlery, bird droppings on the windows, broken lamp shade in the bedroom, stale smell throughout the house. To to make matters worse , the babycot you provided not only was incomplete and unsafe the mattress was covered in mould too! My partner had to drive to Irvine at 8.30pm to buy a replacement for our 8 month old baby to sleep in, as exposure to mould can be fatal, something that Anne clearly had no issue with. We left your property less than 24 hours after arriving due to the filthy conditions & stench of mould. It was also freezing & with a baby, unacceptable. The host even went so far to discriminate against disability and stated that I should not have had my baby due to my blindness and questioned how I “coped”.

Very welcoming on arrive beautiful building What let it done was dirty and smelling bedding, duvets and pillows need replacing had to go out and buy more to sleep on Tea towels were very smelling Only 2 very old smelly towels provided for a house that can sleep 6 All kitchen crockery and cooking pans needed re washing But unable to dry Cupboards full of out of date food Such a shame as it was a beautiful building with so much potential

Lovely little cottage in great location. Anne was very helpful. Cottage contained everything we needed.
