I booked Finn’s for a weekend away with a bunch of friends to celebrate my birthday. Kate was fantastic to deal with, called us ahead of check in to give us instructions on how to let ourselves in. There was a beautiful grazing platter very generously left for us. The kitchen has to be the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. We had everything we could need to whip up amazing dinners. The pool area was absolutely beautiful. All the rooms and beds were so comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone organising a special trip with friends or family.
It was great to be able to walk (nearly) everywhere. Flow Bar around the corner, tennis courts and netball/basketball courts and cricket nets out the back, a great cafe 100m down the road, the beach and a playground 250m down the road, Coles a 350m walk down the road! Unfortunately the beach is a little rough/unpredictable so was good for surfers but not for swimmers (especially kids). The beach wasn't patrolled when we were there. We drove to the lagoon at Saltwater a couple of times which was fun and felt safer. We also enjoyed playing mini golf at Club Old Bar and the cakes at the bakery were outstanding - again, both within walking distance!
Highly highly recommend! Location is amazing! Home is incredible ! Big enough for me and my family and enough space for everyone to have their own space whilst coming together.

After a Long Renovation our Finns at Old Bar Opened in August 2020. Our property is truely one of a kind that gives people the ultimate Privacy in a luxury retreat while being in the centre of town and 200 metres from the Beach. My husband Vincent is French and I am Australian, we have travelled extensively and Love to open our beautiful coastal property for others to enjoy. Our Property is broken up into different options with large entertaining apartments and invidual guest rooms with Private Access. 50% of our bookings are group bookings, where groups rent the entire property for up to 19 guests and the other 50% is guests just renting a room or an apartment. We are located 200 metres from the Beach, Shops, Restaurants and Supermarket. We live in the most adorable small town with beautiful landscapes. Were sure all our guests will love our area just as much as we do.
