We really enjoyed Jason's condo. Had pretty much what we needed. We loved the ocean view and seeing whales. Hotel that it was attached to was just ok. Did not spend much time at hotel area. We could never really get pools chairs so our rental car was handy for us to drive to the awesome close, swimmable beaches instead.

We had a great stay. Jason was very thorough and helpful during the check in process. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our time in San Jose and access to the krystal grand resort was a plus. We'd love to come back!

The location and place was perfect for our family vacation. Full access to the Krystal Beach resort was a bonus. You are in the mix of the resort without dealing with the noise. Jason was great to work with and even allowed a late check out (minimum fee) once we found out our flight out was delayed. Thank you again! We would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful and very clean unit with an amazing view of the ocean! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and I really appreciated the cooler, beach chairs and umbrella we could take on the short walk to the beach. The whole resort is lovely. Jason was a wonderful and helpful host that always responded quickly. I felt it was a very good value for the money. Take advantage of the sound machine Jason thoughtfully supplied in the bedroom if you want to sleep in so the morning traffic doesn’t wake you. I could not hear it in any of the other rooms at all. I would definitely return.
