We had an amazing stay at Stefan's place. The house is gorgeous, with amazing views from every window. It's a lovely warm and cozy cottage that invites you to enjoy a peaceful time surrounded by beauty and harmony. We will try to come back soon, and definitely recommend Stefan's place.

The location was perfect, close to Bright and tourist spots. Views of the mountain and valleys from the property were amazing especially during dusk and dawn. Close to South Tawonga township, there are not many restaurant options, some are closed early and on Mondays and Tuesdays. Best to bring your own food, the house has everything you need to make meals or have a BBQ on the porch and enjoy the views. The property is on a main road, so it does get noisy with trucks and cars during the day, however it's very quiet and peaceful at nights and there is no fencing around the property, if you have a dog or small children just be aware. The house had plenty of space to cater for a family of 5 and a dog, lots of amenities and equipment in the kitchen and bathrooms. Stefan has been a fabulous and helpful host, highly recommend Shadycrest.

We had such a lovely stay. It was very peaceful and homely. Stefan was very prompt and responsive. It was quite spacious for two families with individual toilets except that they both were downstairs. Stefan gave us some recommendations on sight seeing and restaurants which was helpful. Overall it was worth the stay. Will highly recommend.

Stefan’s place was delightful on all fronts. A beautiful location and wonderful view of Mount Bogong. Close to Mount Beauty town (walking distance) and everything you could want to enjoy a trip to the High Country.

Good location although on the main road, quiet at night but a fair amount of trucks during the day. Very comfortable. Plenty of room and well appointed with kitchen utensils and food basics. Does need some maintenance.
