We stayed at Louisa's house with our two young children while visiting friends in Florence. As others have mentioned, Louisa was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided a lot of information both about the house as well as local restaurants in the neighborhood in advance, and there were many notes throughout the house to help guests. The location was great - very walkable to many of the stores/restaurants in Northampton, and a very quiet street. The house itself was very cute, and the beds were comfortable (unlike many airbnb beds we've slept in!). Louisa was very kind and flexible about our check-in/check-out times. Overall a great stay!

Louisa's house is so sweet and comfortable. Really well decorated, all the amenities you need and right near bike path. Louisa was super communicative and kind. This is her home and she makes it feel like yours as well! Great stay.

Louisa’s place was a delightful oasis from the summer heat and humidity in W. MA. Very centrally located for walking to town, biking to fabulous bike paths, driving locally and highway access. Louisa is super organized and has everything clearly labeled and arranged for all your needs. She was accommodating and flexible in terms of check-in and out and was always very responsive to any questions we had. Her house is absolutely charming. We loved it! The eat-in kitchen is especially light and airy, with deck access. The stairs to 2nd floor are very steep as mentioned in the profile, so keep in mind especially if you are older or have bad knees. We hope to stay at Louisa’s again!

Louisa's place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Noho! From the moment we booked, she was communicative and helpful. She filled the home with helpful notes and tips, written on adorable stationery and notecards. Her recommendations for local restaurants and things to do was fabulous and so helpful. The home was spotless and organized, with many little touches that made us feel welcome. The house itself is on a quiet street just minutes to downtown. It was also easy for us to hop in the car and head out for adventures in nature. Here is just one anecdote to highlight how super Louisa was a host: We left our just-opened (very expensive) bottle of baby shampoo in the upstairs bathroom when we departed. By the time we realized it, Louisa had already reached out and offered to mail it -- with a tracking number following less than an hour. She went above and beyond in a dozen ways that made us feel so cared for. We would absolutely stay again and are so grateful!

Louisa has excellent attention to details which extends to her communications and inviting home environment. Her home was pristine and extremely charming. Northampton is a welcoming and delightful community.
