Great value for location. Kelley was very approachable and friendly. She responded quickly to questions. She met all requests. We had no TV service; but Kelley was able to have cable company come out quickly to repair. We enjoyed the bikes and paddle boards. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. We would love to make this a tradition!

Unfortunately our experience here was awful. Upon entry it was dirty - Sticky and dirty surfaces, left over food in fridge and in bedroom, dirty bathroom, mold on shower curtain, broken wine glass in the kitchen, etc. Heater was not working and had to be fixed as well. The place was not warm nor clean enough for us to stay the first couple nights. We spent the first two days cleaning the apartment which was hard enough after a long international flight.. we finally stayed on the 3rd night but woke up and found termites pouring out of the walls of the apartment and migrating into the living room all over our things. We reported to the host of the active termite infestation requesting a refund so we can move out immediately and find another place that was livable. The host denied any refund saying we should be able to stay there after she fogged the rooms and that it would be in livable condition. No Airbnb customer should have to go through such a mess and be denied any refund by host..

This location was everything, I do think some updates need to be done but nobody cared and we had fun. My son is two and loved going to the sand everyday.

The place was good for me and my daughter. The location was great for all the activities we did and Kelly was really responsive and helpful, which is very important to me. It was nice to already have beach stuff there, which was a big plus! I really enjoyed having a designated parking space, although is was very tight.
