Me and my boyfriend visited Tivoli in the beginning of April 2022. The apartment is in the city center, in just 5min walking you can reach both Villa d'Este and the bus stop for Villa Adriana. Emanuela is very attentive to details and in the apartment there's all the necessary for a pleasant staying. All the staff was helpful giving us tips about the city and the main attractions, ready to answer at calls and messages. Plus, in the morning we had a rich breakfast! ☺️. 100% recommended!

The room was nice and clean, the location was in a beautiful area of Tivoli. But the communication with host was very bad.

the accommodations have a great location. easy access from the train station and to the main areas of the town, right in the heart of it all. keep in mind, car acces is restricted. if you go in summer time, I am sure it will make for a wonderful stay, I went during Christmas - New years and it was an uncomfortable stay at times due to the lack or proper heating ( only a couple of hours in the morning and another 2/3 hours in the evening). during the night it was freezing. there is no heating in the bathroom and it added up to a challenging experience. also, I hope they fix the toilet tank mechanism, as it made an awful soundevery time after flushing, while re-fill ( it sounded like a chainsaw, it does not start immediately and during the night can be irritating). I did not get to use the terrace and check with the host exactly their offerings as their profile is not up to date.
