The home is beautiful. Some parts need attention, but we would stay again. Gini (housekeeper) is very detail-oriented, friendly, and simply amazing! There are not enough positive words to describe her. A few things we wished were better: The posting and documentation in the home stated there was a "night watchman and gardener." Luis was there for a few hours several times a week, but he was never there at night and did not interact with us much. He was very friendly and we enjoyed our brief interactions with him, but we were told that his position would be closer to full-time and the in-house documentation even mentioned there would be someone else there at night on weekends if he was not. Claude also stopped responding to our Airbnb messages once we checked in and deferred everything to the local host - who we felt was frustrated by our requests and a bit patronizing. The Wi-Fi was severely lacking. We ended up purchasing our own wireless router to use as we were there for a month and needed to work. The shower in the master bedroom was essentially unusable, but there was another shower that worked very well. As there were only two of us, this was not really an issue. We would stay again - but before booking, we would want a bit more clarity on things like internet speed (from multiple locations in the house - it is a big property!), an understanding of how communication would happen once we checked in, and what staff was actually provided.

Claude's place is better than the pictures. Very clean house with lots of space and in the best location in Merida. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and Paseo Montejo. The house has everything you need.

If you are planning on going to Mérida, this house is a must! It is a very open floor plan and my family of 6 had so much space (everyone had their own bed), and the place is so big you almost can’t find anyone in it. It is a large open area designed around the main garden and pool areas with so many thoughtful touches that it is astounded me how much artwork, details, and amenities it had. Very high-end with amazing culture! The cleaning lady came every day and she was such a sweet woman, and the maintenance/security man was beyond helpful. We loved visiting with them every day and after a week, it was almost hard to say goodbye! The house is located in a perfect location, right by Paseo de Montejo and the plazas, and had amazing restaurants and coffee places literally steps away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and absolutely loved our time in Merida and our experience. Thank you so much for everything.

Casa Marinomah es un precioso alojamiento muy bien ubicada, la casa es cómoda con muchos espacios para disfrutar y bellamente decorada con artesanías mexicanas. La ubicación es de lo mejor, tienes todo cerca, desde mercados hasta los mejores restaurantes de Merida. Nuestra estancia fue de lo mejor, nos encantaría regresar en un futuro.
