Gabriela’s place is located in a lovely, quiet corner of the Hipódromo condesa neighborhood. There are a lot of great restaurants (ramen, Mexican, Italian, French) nearby, convenience and grocery stores (Oxxo, Walmart Express) and a great pharmacy / consultorio (Farmacia San Pablo) less than 5mins away. I spent the first few days alone and felt very safe in the home and surrounding neighborhood. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. Very spacious. We found the 2nd floor to be warmer than the 1st floor at night, so make note of that if traveling to CDMX during the warmer months. Gabriela was a wonderful host and very responsive. Her typed guide was very helpful and impressive! I strongly recommend this Airbnb to all :)

This place is the perfect long term stay if you are in Mexico City. I have stayed at Gabriel's place twice now and I love it. Perfect location, right in rich lush Condesa. I had my dog here too and he absolutely loved it. The house manager Fausto is wonderful and always there for anything you need. The area is also very safe at night!!!! Can't wait to stay here again!

Our stay with Gabriela was excellent. The house is so tastefully done with great living spaces and a nice flow that I felt I was in my own home, not just a place made for Air BnB. I lived in Mexico forty years ago and still come each winter so I can say that it’s an authentic experience, as if you really live there. The beds and linens are very comfortable, the showers are spacious with plenty of hot water, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is sparkling clean. The location in that great neighborhood is ideal. The house is behind a street door entrance in a small group of several houses and with the presence of Fausto the caretaker, stable friendly neighbors and their well behaved dogs it felt reassuringly secure. Gabriela was very attentive to anything we might need. Upon arrival the instructions made it easy to settle in right away. She checked in every now and then just to make sure our stay was a good one. And it was.

My friend and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to CDMX. We stayed for one week and found it to be an oasis in the busyness of Mexico City. The home had artful decor, and was clean, inviting, relaxing, and homey. Mid-century furniture was complimented with colorful (what I think was) Mexican decor. There was plenty of space for 2, but would be just fine for 4, too, with a total of 2.5 bathrooms. The wifi was fast and we had no issues (we work remotely). We found the beds to be very comfortable, hotel quality, soft but with good support. There were plenty of drawers to store or hang clothes in. The kitchen was well-equipped and was stocked with plenty of drinkable water jugs for the stay, in addition to a few snacks. Gabriela answered all of our questions quickly and offered to help us with a hotel issue we had. There were some noises from neighbors, but this is expected in a large city. You won't regret your stay here. Muchas gracias, Gabriela.
