Ruth and James were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The guest house was also perfectly located, just round the corner from the high street in Keswick.

Wow is all I can say. From the first communication to the last goodbye I cannot say a bad word about Ruth and James. The accomodation was fantastic, very clean, lovely area, friendly welcome, James showed us all the facilities and to our rooms that were extremely clean an comfortable. Amazing views from the rooms overlooking skiddaw etc. Nothing was too much trouble for them both. Would definitely recommend this place and Ruth/James...thank you.
