The pool is not far (about 60 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing machine is in a separate structure, shared with the guests of Casale il Ginepro. Parking within the property. Interior The main house is a historical villa dating back to the 1600s. The ground floor features a large living room, a smaller living room with fireplace and TV, a billiards room, a playroom for kids, a dining room, large kitchen with direct outdoor access, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the first floor guests will find a spacious living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The second floor has a large living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The outbuilding is 50 metres away from the main house and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV, an eating area with direct access to the garden and a small bathroom. The first floor features two double bedrooms, a small living room and three bathrooms with shower. Location The house is part of a farm, in a hilly location (800 metres above sea level) surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The farmhouse boasts a great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses. Facilities The farmhouse has wifi, central heating, 2 baby beds, high chair and parking within the property. Services The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, electricity, water, final cleaning, gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the property. Important information The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th. Access to the structure via 2 km of gravel road. Villa Bagnolo is close to Casale il Ginepro, part of the same property. The washing room is shared between the two houses.
