Fabulous location - property had the real wow factor. Sandra gave straightforward and prompt information. We particularly enjoyed our welcome cream tea! Would highly recommend a break here

What a fantastic location! Right in the heart of town with many different restaurants and bars on your doorstep. It was incredibly peaceful, with a beautiful outlook over the harbour. The house is fitted with a 75" TV, but you find yourself ignoring this and just while away your time, looking out over the boats that are coming and going. Beautiful.

Sandra’s house was the perfect base and we found so many things to do locally - St Mawes, Pendennis Castle and of course the lovely Sandy beaches! The house itself is very spacious over 3 levels, and the most wonderful view over the harbour which got the morning sunshine! It was surprisingly peaceful for such a central location and Falmouth has a great choice of cafes, restaurants and shops and some supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Thank you for a lovely May half term in Falmouth!

What a truly amazing place in the heart of Falmouth with incredible views from the balcony. Sandra has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable & memorable. The house is so tastefully furnished with a lovely feeling of space. There are so many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Parking is also an added bonus. All in all we had a wonderful week. Thank you!
