Beautiful villa in a very peaceful location within 10 minutes of the airport. Pictures very much reflect the Villa itself, which is spacious, quiet, well presented and has a lovely feel to it. Outside the pool is gorgeous and such a nice temperature, with plenty of sun loungers and a large shaded dining terrace with both a gas and Spanish BBQ. One thing I would point out is that the Villa is slightly remote so we had to hire a car, the nearest shop is in Binibeca which is not walkable due to the terrain/road layouts but only 5 minutes by car so this is worth considering. There are two lovely restaurants within walking distance though - Notably El Tkoko which was amazing. Also from a feedback standpoint there is no safe in the property, which would have made us feel more at ease regarding our belongings when going out for the days/evenings. All round though a lovely place, would definitely visit again:

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and outside area are perfect (proximity to the flight path did not bother us at all). Spacious bedrooms with nice bathrooms. We had fast response from the host when we contacted to request a couple of minor things which was appreciated. Air conditioning a big plus!

A pesar de estar muy cómodos en la casa hemos tenido algunos problemas tanto con las ratas como con las hormigas q considero son dos problemas q tenían q haberse erradicado con antelación a la época estival. Es verdad q atendieron nuestra llamada enseguida pero tardaron dos días en enviar un equipo de desratización. Llevamos 10 años alquilando villa en esa misma zona de Menorca y es la primera vez q nos encontramos con este problema. Como punto positivo cabe destacar q la casa está muy bien equipada y acondicionada.

Superbe séjour sur Minorque dans une très belle maison minorquine très typique, très agréable et très bien équipée. les enfants ont pu profiter régulièrement de la piscine, barbecue et plancha à disposition. La maison est très bien agencée avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, les lits sont très confortables. Seul bémol, nous avons eu 2 jours de travaux juste derrière notre maison qui ont un peu gâché le début de nos vacances mais cela n'enlève en rien notre souhait de revenir ici. Je recommande ++. This house has everything you need to make your stay in Menorca memorable. We enjoyed the sunset on the terrace and even took a dip in the pool although it was almost November! The kitchen is well equipped and the living space provides for a relaxing atmosphere on cool evenings to play cards or enjoy a glass of wine. There are a few local shops at a few minutes drive from the house. We also found a couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We had a great time. Thank you for a lovely stay! We will definitely be returning.
