Mercedes and George were very nice hosts. We enjoyed the house. Right on the beach in Guanabo with a great 2nd floor porch. Photos dont show the house that partially blocks the view. Overall we have a good experience and would recommend.

Overall the house is very nice and the people taking care of the house are very nice but the location of the house is not in Havana. We were lead to believe this house was located Havana according to the listing. Occasionally for breakfast we found ants on our toast and sugar for coffees and worms in the mango slices. Jacuzzi and hammock were nice features to have at the house. Location of the house is right next to a sewer line which connects to the beach. Which is disgusting. If i had to take another trip to Cuba i would not pay for this listing. Im a bit dissapointed with the amount i paid for the house. This should be offered for less money being that you have to pay 40CUC everytime you want to go to Havana.

The pictures are very deceiving. The place is not what it seems. Very dirty and ghetto neighborhood it's in. Very hard to find house. The beaches in front of the place are horrible very dirty. The free breakfast was always infested with bugs such as ants. They advertise as if your renting the whole home yet there are strange faces in and out the location at all times. You do not receive a key to lock any doors for your own safety in fact when we did lock the doors we were scolded for it. All and all this made my stay in Cuba horrible as we traveled with a party of 12 to the home and there wasn't even accommodation for us all. Please beware of this place I do not recommend to anyone to go through what we went through. Upon arrival aswell we were told we couldn't bring any outside food or drinks in. But we did anyway. We think this was to push us to purchase there food and drinks. If going to Cuba do yourself a favor and rent an all inclusive hotel or stay at a hotel where there are lots of Tourists.
