Seong was a wonderful host. He was friendly, helpful and very accommodating in a timely manner. The location is very quiet and convenient. There is a pool and beach right downstairs. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you, Seong!

I was in Guam for 2 months on work, and I stayed at a variety of places all over the island with two of my coworkers , and I can honestly say that this was the best place I was in, period. It had everything that we wanted, and the host, Seong Cho, could not have been a better person to oversee our stay. The condo was in good condition and fully working furnishings which is more than the last 3 places can stay, despite their advertising online. It had more than enough space for the three of us and close enough to town to eat. Seong was always willing to help us out when something wasn't working and always made it a priority when something went wrong or we had any questions. I highly recommend this condo, it had everything that someone would need for an extended stay, and I couldn't possibly find a better place to stay if I were to ever stay on the island again.
