Perfect place to stay for our friends wedding. There was 6 of us and we all had a comfortable bed to stay in and plenty of space. The location is great and walkable to downtown Newport.

Great space-- 4 queen/full beds and a couch, all space is upstairs above the house's main space but completely separate and with it's own entrance. Note that two beds are in one room and you need to walk through the third room to get to them, so only one bedroom is actually completely private; this suited our needs perfectly for a group of friends just looking for a place to stay together for a weekend wedding. Kitchen is fully functional. Only one bathroom but it was nice and clean, no issues with water temp after multiple people showering. Check in was super easy, communication with Tina was great. Location was good, a bit of a walk to central Newport but that meant street was nice and quiet. Very cute coffee/breakfast place (Mr. Coffee/Harvest) right around the corner is highly recommended.

Tina's property was amazing and exactly as described. She was very communicative and friendly. Inside the unit there are great notes for activities in the area. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed. Location was great in a nice and quiet neighborhood with easy parking on the street right in front (a HUGE plus in Newport in the summer!). Host was extremely responsive and nice. Highly recommend.
