My favorite place to stay in Stinson! Last time I stayed in the other second floor unit. Both units are great! You just can’t beat the view and sounds of the ocean. Jeff is very responsive and attentive too. When they were updating the deck he reached out to me to let me know and invite me back to stay. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful! The new deck is a great addition! I appreciate that there was a gate that you can close at the top of the stairs so our dog could hang out on the deck with us. Overall one of my favorite places to stay! We will be back!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The amenities were top-notch with quality shampoos, kitchen, amenities, all clad skillets, everything well taken care of! I would highly recommend, everything was wonderful!

Jeff's place is very cute, just a few steps from the beach. You can sleep to the sound of the waves. Checking in was very easy. Instructions were perfect and Jeff was extremely responsive. The place just has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is super clean and the dishes, pots and pans are also in good shape. There were also basic food like salt, pepper etc. I really appreciated how clean the place is. It was warm and welcoming. Walking on the beach every day and being able to walk to restaurants was such a pleasure. I would recommend it highly and will go back!

This a great location for a getaway. The best part is listening to the waves at night. It was so peaceful. We unplugged for the weekend , enjoyed the beach, and walked the town. I would recommend to my friends.
