John is an excellent host, especially for all the great tips for making the most of our time in Chiang Mai. They even set up a Christmas tree in the gazebo for our kids to have a little Christmas magic! We stayed for a week with our young kids and were really only around to sleep and eat breakfast because there’s so much to do around CM. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood outside of the hustle of the city. The home ticks all the boxes for a launching point for adventure and is well worth the price. Thanks, John!

John et Phijitra sont des personnes très sympathiques, accueillant, souriant. ils nous mettent à l'aise dans leur belle maison magnifique. encore mieux que sur les photos. on se sent vraiment chez soi. je vous remercie pour tout et pour votre aide que vous nous avez apporté. à très bientôt j'espère en Thaïlande🙂🙏

Phijitra and John were very friendly. When we couldn't find the location of the house, Phijitra patiently explained it to the driver. When we arrived at the house, John was already waiting for us at the door, and he introduced us to all the facilities of the house. John's house was very clean, with two bathrooms available. The house had a small garden with a pot of lotus at the entrance, which housed tropical fish. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was right next to SIBS, making it convenient for us to use the GRAB app for transportation. It was not far from KAD FARANG VILLAGE, and we could ride the free bicycles provided by John to get there. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and even a small night market, at the Kad Farang Village, which was lively. Additionally, both Phijitra and John spoke English well, so communication was not a problem. We had a delightful 5-day stay here and will choose to stay at Phijitra and John's house again in the future.

First thing, there was a printed " Welcome, Kripke and Family" sign at the front of the house. I love it as John really put effort for tiny details. The place is clean and not feel like a rental house. Full of books, you can find every household item from toothpicks to bicycle. Wonderful host, wonderful house. Loved it.
