The house was just as advertised. There were enough dishes and seating for everyone and the beds were comfortable. We really liked the location - easy to hike up to black point from the house. It was also fun to watch the birds on the golf course - quail, herons and hummingbirds.

Beautiful location and cool house right on the golf course! The house was clean, and everything was as described. Great place for those who would like the comforts of home.

We've stayed in several Airbnbs in Morro Bay, and this was our favorite one so far. The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown, good hiking/biking/strolling, and Los Osos. We enjoyed the views, especially being able to see the ocean and catch some pretty sunsets. The house was spacious and comfortable. Great family set-up! One thing to note is that the house comes with a very specific fee schedule (i.e. regarding checkout, "staying until 12:35PM would result in an extra charge of $250 added to your stay", or a $25 fee for not cleaning the grill). This wasn't an issue for us, and my guess is that these fees were born out of some frustrating past experiences. However, I can see a scenario where this could create stress or anxiety for people worried about doing things right, or could simply land as over-the-top. But again, it didn't affect the quality of our stay and we happily rate this Airbnb 5 stars and would gladly return.

Truly a gem! This place was a quirky 50s home that had so much charm and a gorgeous location right on the golf course. We loved our stay here with our 1 year old son. The hosts were super responsive, all instructions were very clear, and the views were just unmatched. We would wake up in the morning and open up all the blinds and our son had a great time watching both golfers and loads of birds!
