A lovely place for a short stay. The bothy is very well decorated and extremely comfortable. The location feels very private but close enough to towns and local amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful and homely place to stay! My partner and I stayed with our little dog, which he (the dog) loved just as much as we did! Anne was clear with instructions on how to find the bothy as it is remote, another reason this place was so beautiful and perfect. The scenery was beautiful to take in and we were able to venture out on a lovely walk close by. With a wonderful warm shower and extremely comfortable bed to sleep off the fresh air. We are hoping to visit again as there is so much to explore and Anne and James were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely retreat. Thank you for letting us into your world!

We had a wonderful stay, Anne was the perfect host and the bread and jam was a lovely extra. The location is very peaceful, we saw deer and red squirrels from the window in the morning. The bothy itself is clean, very nicely decorated and high quality. We didn’t want to leave! We recommend The Wee Bear cafe nearby for lunch!

The bothy was such a welcome break in such peaceful surroundings! The accommodation was spacious and had quality linen and huge towels! The welcome pack of home cooked bread, butter, jam and milk was most welcome. Can highly recommend Meikleour Arms hotel for food! Thank you for sharing your lovely place! Sue and Andy
