What a slice of heaven! The house was just perfect for our stay and centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. Every detail and amenity was thought of and the house was just amazing! Pam was a wonderful host. We would definitely recommend!
Very nice clean place
My family of 3 had an excellent stay at Pam’s passive home. The house was clean, had all the necessities and served as a great location to stay while we poked around Stowe and Burlington for a long weekend. Easy to find and check in was a breeze. Would stay again when back in the area. ☺️
Stayed here for 2 nights in early April with my wife and two young children. What a well maintained home! The kitchen is great, shower water pressure was solid and the house is just all around a great home base for a lovely area. Pam, the host, was very responsive to my messages and was kind enough to bring over paper towels and bathroom tissue as the cleaners told her that we were running low! Above and beyond! If you’re looking for a comfortable home with great amenities, this is it! 10/10!

Hi! I have lived in Vermont most of my life. I am a school guidance counselor and love what I do! My husband is a builder and owns his own construction company. We are passionate about the passive house movement and believe that this responsible building is the trend of the future. We built our little stone house as a model to passive house construction. The change of seasons allows us to pursue our recreational interests like hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, gardening, motorcycle rides, and boating to name a few. We are foodies and feel fortunate to live in such a food conscientious state where eating local, farm to table food and drink is the norm. We love to travel! Having satisfying accommodations are a big part of our experience. I have worked for many years in the hospitality business and believe that your stay at the Stone Cottage will be memorable!
