We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The home & area were incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was clean, spacious, and we absolutely loved the historical feel. There were little nooks that offered a moment of peace and reprieve. (Perfect spot to read a book!) The mountain views were breathtaking. Outside of the home, there was so much to do! Our boys enjoyed playing on the wraparound porch and in the large yard. We enjoyed time lounging in the Adirondack chairs, swinging in the hammock while watching the stars, and made s’mores by the fire pit. The country roads were great for long walks/runs. Plus, E.V. let my two young boys get farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop each morning. Stowe, Morrisville, Waterbury, and even Burlington are all a quick drive away. Lots to do/see. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home, the area, and E.V. She & her partner were both so responsive and kind. We are already trying to plan our next visit back!

A beautiful little spot to relax with the mountains near by. We stayed to see the eclipse and it was perfect. Such a cozy cottage with everything you may need. Very responsive and sweet host.

Si vous souhaitez un endroit rustique, tranquille avec un superbe paysage, ce chalet est pour vous ! Cette vieille maison est complètement charmante et parfaite pour décrocher du rythme de la ville. Nous y avons passé du bon temps en famille.

We loved our long weekend stay at E.V's cabin. We found the location peaceful and close enough to Stowe for skiing and excursions. Would definitely recommend an AWD vehicle if visiting during the Winter months to make sure you can get yourself up and down the mountain.
