Beths place was perfect for our family. The house is spacious and very cozy. It was great the kids had their own hangout/tv room. There's so much to do in the area, beach, Hearst Castle, golf, hiking at Montana de Oro State Park. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Beth.

Beth was the best host, responsive friendly and helpful ! Everything was very organized and there was a binder containing information about everything you could think of. The house is in an amazing quiet neighborhood near the ocean. House was extremely clean, comfy beds and couch with a great kitchen.

Thanksgiving/family reunion with 12 total people. We had room for everyone and all the kitchen amenities to make a wonderful thanksgiving dinner! We surfed, mountain biked and watched the sea otters with their babies. The home was stocked with games to play. There was plenty of beach towels and even had shampoo and conditioner for us to use. We had a wonderful time and we’re already planning for next year!

Beth is a wonderful host - super responsive and friendly over messages. Her instructions were on point and they have a very lovely and cozy home. We really enjoyed staying at their place, it was neat and organised well, and it was easy to get to places from there. One could tell, this was a place where someone lived in and had that warmth as opposed to an investment airbnb property. As homeowners, we really appreciated that coziness away from our own home . The swing in the front porch is a pretty perk :)

We had a wonderful two nights there, and my son was thrilled to have a piano to play. I especially enjoyed the dining table; having breakfast there was delightful. My husband is grateful for the wine Beth left for us. We strongly recommend Beth’s house
