LOVED our stay here. Everything from check in to leaving was seamless thanks to Dawn and her team. They are very quick to respond and went above and beyond with communication and had great recommendations. The views are breathtaking and to have our own private patio with beach chairs right on the water was a dream! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. If your goal is to stay in a quieter beautiful more secluded area this is your spot!

Marshall Haus is special. It’s an older concrete and stone round home with three spacious bedrooms. There is a screened in room on the side with an attached laundry room. The house is directly on the water with a large deck and two ways to access the water on either side. You can’t tell from the photos but there is a tiny beach on the left side of the deck. When the water is calm this is a swimming paradise. The house has everything you need, including beach towels, and two nice kayaks, and lots of floats. Bring your own snorkel gear. The water was pretty chilly since we were there in February, but we braved it a couple of times. We definitely want to come back in warmer weather. The no-see-ums come out at dusk so be sure to bring bug spray if you can. We found North Eleuthera Shopping Center near the Bluff to be nicely stocked but don’t expect to find everything on the island. Also prices are high. Sites are amazing but there are few signs so you have to explore. We will be back!

Thank you again Dawn and crew for a wonderful experience! You provided so much helpful information and tips for us as first time visitors to the island. The Marshall Haus is perfectly situated for a remote getaway and yet still just a short drive from anything you need. The beach was great for swimming and shelling, and we tried out a kayak and snorkeling too. Functional kitchen for people who cook with newer pots! The suggestions for stores, restaurants and rental car were very helpful. The best part was getting to slow down, eat great food, and get to know some local people! When we asked about coconuts, we were connected with a local farmer. Gubby and Mangos's and Uncle Tommy's bakery are must-trys! There's a small public beach to the right and several across town. This is a special place and one to which we plan to return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We just spent the last week at the Marshall House and what a delight it was! Dawn was incredibly helpful before our trip and answered my millions of questions. Upon arrival we got the keys from Roscow who is such a delight! He made us feel right and home and it was great knowing he lived right down the road if we needed anything. The house itself is a little outdated but has all of the amenities you need. The location itself is beyond beautiful! Just a few steps from the house and you’re overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the kayaks and hanging out in the beautiful blue waters. We brought snacks and foods that we could travel with, the stores in Current are somewhat small but have the basic needs. We had a blast traveling around the island and trying different restaurants but it was so nice to come back to our isolated abode and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking to unwind and get away from the stresses of life. It’s a diamond!
