It was the perfect place , close to everything. Comfortable bed , clean place !
Location, location, location! Easy walk to Lifo Beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Comfy beds. Cute exterior.
Location, location, location! That was the best part. However the bathroom needed a lot of maintenance. The spout for the tub actually pulls out of the wall. It was clean but the tub drain was erroded and discolored. The seating outside was nice but the table top was very dirty and the garbage was full and never emptied while we were there. In the room there was a coffee maker with no coffee or filters but there were sweetners. The blinds looked pretty shabby with tangle cords. They had beach chairs to loan but they in disrepair too. We could not find the soap for the bathroom it turned out hidden in a wash cloth which we noticed after going upstairs to get soap from the basket. We did not need shampoo, etc. However there was a tube of condidtioner no shampoo so it looked like it was missing.
We loved this place! Easy walk to the beach and it looked like the room had been remodeled! It was super clean and I would love to stay again.
The place/room it self was fine, nothing special. But the location was everything 10 min walk to all the shops and restaurants and 6 mins to the beach. Highly recommend.

Quiet side roads and boulevards are perfect for a morning jog or a casual stroll to nearby St. Armand's Circle, which hosts some of the Worlds most exclusive restaurants and shops. Across the Bay is Sarasota, Florida's cultural center and home to a never-ending variety of indoor and outdoor activities, from fine museums and theaters to world-class golf courses and tennis facilities. The units are completely furnished and fully equipped to make your vacation worry free. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units have full kitchens and sleeper sofas in the living rooms. All units have private bathrooms. All units are licensed and approved vacation rentals Rates can vary depending on the night and the time of the year. All units are fully licensed rentals with the State and the City and prices include all sales taxes.
