Comfortable, well maintained apartment. Great kitchen with everything you need to cook good meals. Restful sleeps in awesome bed with bonus fold out couch in living room. I always feel I've won the lottery when I score a good washer and dryer. Heaps of space for our week stay. Easy to walk to metro (about 12 mins) we used this every day and each ride was $2. Buy a metro card and load $. Highly recommend to take a wander and look at the lovely homes in the area. Flowers, birds and squirrels. Walk 20 mins to excellent supermarket. Marshall and Eva were available and helpful but also respectful of our space. Couldn't have been happier here. Highly recommend.

Marshall and Eva's place is indeed a rare find. A beautifully appointed place in a quiet neighborhood, we felt right at home and enjoyed tea in their cozy outdoor space. The best part was how warm and proactive they were in communicating with us before we got there with helpful info and warmly greeting us as well as saying good bye. They earned their superhost badge!

Great place! Spacious for 3 people. Close to great restaurants. Walking to White House took 35-40 mins, but it was a very nice walk. Beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a short stay. Patio was nice too.

Eva and Marshall were wonderful from the time we booked our stay with them. Very responsive, wonderful recommendations and super help. Their space was clean comfortable and perfect for a mini getaway for two friends playing tourist.
