Nice place to stay, close to Manzanita and Nehalem Bay State Park. This apartment is located in the basement of the owners house so it’s not a stand alone separate unit, but it felt private enough. Will return if going to this area of the coast again.

The host was responsive. This is a safe neighborhood. fully fenced in yard, very private. charming the moment you enter the gate into the magical garden. The hot tub is invaluable and there's an outdoor shower next to it. use it to enhance your experience. This is very much like Hawaii but in Oregon. I came for a couple days and made it like a spa weekend for myself. Just hot tubing, barbecuing, stretching, resting. The home is well thought out. charming counters that fold down, a gas stove and enough pots pans and utensils to make it a comfortable stay. The internet was fast, bed was comfortable. in order for the host to not charge the cleaning fee, the guests have to clean upon leaving. Not a problem for me because I keep a clean home anyway. It was easy to just wipe down everything and vacuum. essential condiments are available for cooking. I will stay again in the winter time when it's freezing. Because that hot tub is going to be amazing, even when it's raining. free tv.

we've stayed twice now and we n it. it's a cute little place but the major selling point was the big, beautiful and private backyard for our two small dogs, and the hot tub. we also had our 7 month old baby with us and it was perfectly quiet and peaceful. he loved the backyard as well. 10/10 recommend.

Great spot! The outside area was lovely. The inside had all a couple could need and was clean and comfortable.
