Perfectly located little cottage for my husband, our son and me for admitted students day at Cal Poly Open House. Check in was a breeze and we walked to the Farmer’s Market on Thursday night. Also, so easy to get to campus. Very quiet at night. House was fully equipped with everything we needed. Host thought of everything with lots of thoughtful touches, plenty of coffee and yummy pastries from local bakery shop. We’ll definitely stay here again (if it’s not taken) in the future!

Our stay at this SLO location was perfect for accessing town and showing our son the college. Beautiful and comfortable.!

Really quaint home, conveniently located close to downtown and the 101 on-ramp. Nancy was a great host, as she was flexible with our check in and had fresh baked cookies and a continental breakfast ready for the next morning! Stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone staying in SLO!

This is one of those cases where the place is better than what you see in the pictures. Our group of 3 adults were impressed with how thoughtful the house was to make our stay easy and comfortable. Everything was organized, and clearly labeled so we can find stuff. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. And Nancy added so many nice and extra touches like bakery goods, fruit, milk/cream, and bottled water. We had some minor issues which she responded quickly and resolved. She really is a superhost and I have no problems recommending her place.
