The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and washing machine and dryer. Original wooden stairs lead to three bedrooms with original wooden floors: 2 double bedrooms and one twin room. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with a toilet and an over the bath shower. Storage heating, electricity included, plus bed linen and towels are included. There is no TV reception. Guests are advised to use laptops and iPads. A cot & highchair are provided. Outside there is a small sunny paved area with an elevated seat looking out to sea. A lovely place to relax and watch the stunning sunsets. A further toilet is accessed from the outside, along with storage areas for beach gear and an outdoor hot shower for washing off sand after trips to the beach. Parking for 2 cars is available - one in the car park 100 yards from the house and there are free permits available in the property for this. The second car can be parked in the small car port next to the house. One dog is welcome with an additional charge of 25.00 per week.
