Beautiful accommodation with incredible views in both directions. We loved the location, so much life to observe both on and off the water! Jane’s place has everything you need and more for an excellent, relaxing holiday. We loved Leiden, lots of interesting places to visit and streets to meander. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

We loved Jane's house on the water channel. Staying in a houseboat is a highly recommended experience if you visit Holland. The house is so beautiful and the views are astonishing. Jane is very friendly, she was easily available for our arrival and departure. We had a nice chat ans she explained to us how living on a house boat is. Very are happy with our stay and we highly recommend the house.

Jane's houseboat was amazing! I must admit, when I first made the booking, I thought "this place couldn't possibly be as nice as what I see in the photos" — but it was! It was spacious, lovely, and comfortable, close to everything (including a wonderful bakery that Jane told us about), soooo relaxing, and on a picturesque canal with an unbelievable view (architectural landmark from one window, a footbridge and windmill out of the other). Jane was so friendly and helpful — just the perfect host. I cannot wait to go back!

We have stayed in many Air BnBs over the years and this is our all time favorite. The pictures don’t do it justice! It is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, peaceful, centrally located and absolutely so special. Staying on a houseboat is such a unique experience and I feel grateful for having done it. One might think the quarters on a houseboat would be tight but they’re not! Jane was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive. It would be worth adding Leiden to your list of desired destinations just to stay at Jane’s houseboat!

This is such a breathtaking location right on the water with views of a windmill. It far exceeded expectations!! It was also extremely well-located, just off of the center of town. I hope to return and stay here again!
